Election Commissioner Reminds
Firth Voters to Return Ballots by Tuesday, January 11th
Lincoln - Lancaster County Election Commissioner David Shively is reminding voters in the Village of Firth who have not yet returned their ballots for the January 11th all-mail special election that the ballots must be received in his office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, January 11, 2011.
Ballots may be returned through the mail or by hand delivering the ballots to the Lancaster County Election Commissioner's Office, 601 North 46th Street, Lincoln. However, all ballots must be in the possession of the Election Commissioner's office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11th. The election office is open week-days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Monday, January 10th and will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11th.
