The applicant must complete an annual application for a Tobacco License which must be signed and dated by the applicant.
In case of the sale of a business where the owner has a license hereunder, the County Clerk may authorize such license to be transferred to the purchaser. In case of a change of location by any licensee hereunder, the licensing authority may transfer such license to the new location.
After the application has been completed, return the application to our office at 555 So. 10th Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 along with the $10.00 fee and we will process your Tobacco License request. The County Clerk and the County Board Chair must sign the locksmith license and the seal must be affixed for the license to be valid. The license will be sent out by certified mail.
After selecting the Tobacco License Application, the application will load into Acrobat Reader, which will allow you to fill in the information on-line and print it.
