Leadership Academy is a year-long leadership development program administered by the Administrative Services Department, in conjunction with Zelle, LLC.
Participants meet once a month over the course of a year to take part in an engaging, customized curriculum of leadership development including Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Ethical Decision Making, Leading through Change, and Managing Generations. At the conclusion of Leadership Academy, participants will be educated and empowered with the tools they need to be successful leaders within Lancaster County.
The monthly leadership development sessions consist of two parts. First, Zelle training sessions introducing the session’s leadership topic will be conducted at the beginning of each session, from 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
Second, a panel discussion with three Agency Heads will be facilitated by Zelle and will focus on the leadership topic presented to the Leadership Academy participants at the beginning of the session.
