Offenses Not Eligible
- CDL Operator's License holder
- Driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs
- Driving while suspended
- Failure to Yield/Move over/Slow down for emergency vehicles
- Flee to avoid arrest
- Injury accidents; see accident reports: Lincoln Police Department, Lancaster County Sheriff
- Leaving the scene of an accident
- Multiple moving violations
- No Insurance
- No valid driver's license and/or valid registration
- Eligible if renewed (Must register in person with proof)
- Refuse breath or blood test
- School bus violation
- Speed contest
- Speeding more than 19 mph over the speed limit
- Using handheld device (texting)
- Willful reckless or reckless driving

When to Enroll
If registered within ten business days after receipt of the ticket, court costs are dismissed.
If registered after ten business days, court costs are required to be paid after registering in office.
