Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity seeking to obtain an amusement license for a public event, open to the public, including and without limiting the generality thereof, carnivals, circuses, fairs, festivals, music festivals and other amusements, to be held outside the limits of any incorporated city or village in Lancaster County, shall comply with the conditions and limitations set forth in the Lancaster County Guidelines for Obtaining an Amusement License for Public Events.
Applications should be submitted at least 45 business days prior to the event.
The fee to obtain an Amusement License is $10 per application.
