The Lancaster County Clerk's office has numerous public records on file - some dating back to the 1800s! These records include:

- Financial documents
- Meeting agendas and minutes
- Policies
- Resolutions
- Various licenses and permits
To obtain a copy of a Marriage License, please use the Certified Copy Request Form.
Purposes of Deception
Note: Per Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 71-649, it is a felony to obtain, possess, use, sell, furnish or attempt to obtain any vital record for purposes of deception.
