How to Participate in Public Testimony for Virtual Meetings.

Public testimony will be allowed in person in Room 112 of the County-City Building, 555 S. 10^th Street, Lincoln or by videoconference.  Those wishing to testify by video must register with the County Clerk’s Office by calling 402-441-7484 or emailing coclerk@lancaster.ne.gov by 3:00 p.m. on the day before the meeting.  You will be required to provide your name, phone number, email and the agenda item(s) you wish to address and your position (proponent, opponent, neutral) on the item(s).  

Prior to the meeting, you will receive a link via email which will allow you to join the meeting.  

Additional information: 

• All documents distributed or displayed during your testimony are a public record and at least one (1) copy must be provided to the County Clerk's Office prior to the conclusion of the meeting.
