The committee usually meets once a year toward the end of July or the first of August.

Members
The committee consists of:
- Budget and Fiscal Director
- County Chief Administrative Officer
- One appointed County official
- Two elected County officials
- Two members of the County Board of Commissioners
- Representatives from the Lincoln Independent Business Association, the Bar Association, the Chamber of Commerce, and the community
Overview
The purpose of the committee is to provide community input into the development of the County budget as well as a community review of County agencies of interest to the committee.
