Lancaster County Youth Crisis Response is designed to use supports and resources to build upon a youth and family’s strengths to help resolve an immediate behavioral health crisis in the least restrictive environment by assisting the youth and/or family to develop a plan to resolve the crisis.
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board assists in long-range program development and makes recommendations to the Mayor and City Council through the Parks and Recreation director.
The Public Building Commission was created by an interlocal agreement between the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County. Its general purpose is to manage the use of buildings owned by the City and/or County and jointly used by the City and County.
