The eligibility to participate in a diversion program more than one time depends on a number of factors, including: the specific diversion program previously completed, the charge previously diverted, and other factors. You should contact Lancaster County Community Corrections Diversion Services staff to see if you could be eligible to participate more than one time.
Yes, they are 2 separate programs. The use of a Juvenile Diversion program will not affect your eligibility. Juvenile convictions will not affect eligibility either.

No. If you got the ticket in Lancaster County you must participate in this program only, although some program requirements can be completed outside of Lincoln with prior approval by Diversion staff.
