Once your appointment is scheduled you are expected to start on your House Arrest Start Date unless there are extenuating circumstances that would prevent you from being able to start House Arrest on this date such as a funeral, severe illness, or other emergencies.
At least 3 business days prior to house arrest start date.
Contact Community Corrections main office and you will be directed to your assigned case manager. Case manager will determine at their discretion if rescheduling is warranted. If determined appropriate, case manager will contact judge for approval to reschedule. All requests must be approved by the judge. If approved by the judge the case manager will reschedule the start date, after approval.
If less than 3 business days from start of house arrest.
Client must contact their attorney and the attorney will need to file a motion to reschedule the house arrest with the court.
